The Flexible Benefits Plan offers you a choice of items promoting health, fitness and family ties. You can use your Flex-points to pay for a selection including health screening, insurance premiums, overseas holiday accommodation, entrance fees to places of interest and childcare fees.
In our current medical scheme (Medical Benefit Scheme 2003), you will be given flex points to purchase a hospitalisation and surgical insurance plan of your choice. Your outpatient medical expenses will be subsidised by us on a co-payment basis of up to $350 per year.
An annual dental subsidy is also available to all.
The Group Term Insurance scheme provides 24- hour coverage for death or total and permanent disability for all confirmed employees.
