At PSA, we are committed to developing every staff to his fullest potential. We provide training that will complement your business exposure and experience, to enable you to perform your best at each job level in the organization.
We have established a framework of joint corporate and personal responsibility to ensure that you are continuously growing with us. Every year, your supervisor will discuss work goals and developmental needs with you to align and plan your development needs with the company’s objectives and directions.
A range of operational, technical, IT and management courses are available at our very own training centre, PSA Institute. Executives can also be sponsored for courses and seminars outside PSA, either via managers’ nominations or use their yearly self-development fund. Sponsorship of graduate and post graduate studies is also available for outstanding performers.
Support staff, whether in administration, operations or technical areas are also sponsored for Basic Education for Skills Training (BEST) Worker Improvement through Secondary Education (WISE), Critical Enabling Skills Training (CREST) or other programmes wherever relevant.
