Q1.2 What is the legislation governing PSA's restricted areas?
A. PSA Pass / TP / Vehicle Permit / Authorization Permit is issued pursuant to Protected Areas and Protected Places Act (Chapter 256) and the Free Trade Zones Act (Chapter 114) and at the absolute discretion of PSA Corporation Limited. Entry into PSA's restricted areas without a valid PSA Pass / TP constitutes an offence. Holders of PSA Pass / TP / Vehicle Permit / Authorization Permit are also subjected to the PSA Pass Conditions, the PSA Safety Rules, the PSA Security Rules, the PSA Vehicle Permit Conditions, PSA Authorization Permit Conditions and any other terms and conditions which may be implemented by PSA from time to time.
   
Q1.3 I am a first-time applicant for PSA Pass and I am not familiar with regulations and locations within PSA's restricted areas. Where can I get information?

Q1.4 Where can I obtain the PSA Pass Conditions, the PSA Safety Rules, the PSA Security Rules and Vehicle Permit Conditions?
A. They are available on www.singaporepsa.com (Port User Information tab). Hardcopies are also available at PSA Pass Centre. Authorization Permit Conditions is available upon request and successful application.
   
Q1.5 Where can I obtain the application forms?
A. All application forms are available on www.singaporepsa.com (Port User Information tab). Hardcopies are also available at PSA Pass Centre (all passes and vehicle permits) or Pass Offices (TP and Temp CEP/CVEP only).

Q1.7 What are the modes of application?
A. By post or in person.
   
Q1.8 How do I apply by post?
A. For application by post (only applicable for PSA License, PSA Pass and PSA Vehicle Permit), please mail the duly completed application form together with Photocopies of Requisite Documents and cheque for the correct amount of fees, to PSA Pass Centre, No. 7B, Keppel Road, #01-28 Tanjong Pagar Complex, S089055.

Upon approval, you will be notified to come down to Pass Centre for collection during office hours. Fingerprint enrolment is required for PSA Pass.
   
Q1.9 How do I apply in person?
A. For application in person, please present the duly completed application form together with the Original Requisite Documents to PSA Pass Centre. Payment must be made by NETS / Cash Card or Cheque only. For NETS / Cash Card, please ensure sufficient balance either in bank account or Cash Card for payment. For payment by cheque, please cross the cheque payable to 'PSA Corporation Limited'.

(B) PSA LICENSE

Q2.1 What is a PSA License?
A. Companies who wish to sponsor a PSA Pass application must be licensed by PSA (with exception of shipping lines with PSA agreement, government agencies and statutory boards). The license categorization depends on the company's business activity and purpose of Pass applicants' entry into PSA's restricted areas.

Q2.3 What are the requisite documents for PSA License application?
A.
PSA License Requisite Documents
PSA License
(i) Duly completed PSA License Application Form;
(ii) Up-to-date (not more than 6 months old) Instant Information Service printout (Business Profile) as issued by the Accounting & Corporate Regulatory Authority;
(iii) Applicants for Main Category 001 CARGO HANDLING SERVICES & LABOUR SUPPLIERS, Sub Category 01A STEVEDORING and Sub Category 01B CAR CARRIER OPERATIONS, are required to obtain written approval from Multi-Purpose Terminal (MPT) and Banker's Guarantee prior to submission of application; and
(iv) For PSA contractors and tenants, please provide a copy of either Letter of Acceptance or Contract of Tenancy Agreement with PSA or support letter / endorsement from a PSA department.
   
Q2.4 Based on PSA's license categorization, my company has more than one business activity in PSA. Can my company apply for multiple PSA licenses?
A. Yes, the company can and should apply for multiple PSA licenses (subject to one PSA license per sub category) to accurately reflect the different business activity in PSA and the purpose of entry for the sponsored passes under each license.
   
Q2.5 My company has more than one PSA license, each sponsored pass can only be under one license?
A. Yes.
   
Q2.6 My company's license is expiring soon, how can we renew?
A. Two months before expiry, your company would receive a License Renewal Notice sent by PSA Pass Centre to your company's address available in our records. Upon receipt of the renewal notice, your company can renew either by post (with the renewal notice and cheque payment, if applicable) or in person (with the renewal notice and make payment, if applicable). In the event that your company did not receive   the License Renewal Notice, you can download the License Application Form and submit to PSA Pass Centre either by post or in person before expiry.
   
Q2.7 My company's license has expired. How can I apply for a new license?
A. Your company can fill up the License Application Form and apply either by post or in person, together with the Requisite Documents.

For expired licenses, all active pass holders sponsored by the company will be barred from entering the port. As such, you are reminded to keep Pass Centre updated of any change in registered address to ensure that your company receive the License Renewal Notice.
   
Q2.8 My company has lost our PSA License, how can we get a replacement?
A. Please report to PSA Pass Centre for a complimentary replacement.
   
Q2.9 My company has shifted to a new location. How can we update PSA Pass Centre?
A. Please inform PSA Pass Centre of the new address and contact details either by way of fax (in your company's letterhead) or email to passcentre1@psa.com.sg.

(C) PSA PASSES

Q3.1 What are the types of PSA Pass?
A.

PSA Staff Pass
For PSA staff only. Personal-to-holder. No application is required.
PSA Pass
Sponsored PSA Pass for port users, either valid for up to one (1) year or three (3) years. Personal-to-holder. Apply via submission of PSA Pass Application Form to PSA Pass Centre.

Validity Period Fee (includes 7% GST)
1 year or part thereof S$26.75
3 years or part thereof  S$37.45

A fee for S$5.35 (includes 7% GST) is applicable for staff from Singapore Government Agencies / Statutory Boards requiring a personal-to-holder PSA Pass, for validity period of 3 years (36 months) or part thereof).

Applicant must be 16 years old and above. Depending on the purpose of entry, applicant more than 62 years old may be required to produce a medical report duly completed by a Singapore Registered Medical Practitioner.
 
PSA G Pass
For government agencies and statutory boards, valid up to three years. Common user. Holder of this Pass is required to produce the personal-to-holder staff pass or any forms of identity issued by his/her government agency / statutory board.

PSA V Pass
For PSA departments to be issued to their visitors. Visitor Pass should only be used for short official visits to PSA's restricted areas for discussion, consultation, tour etc. Holder of this Pass must be accompanied at all times by a PSA employee, and must return the Pass to department administrator immediately after use.

PSA T Pass
For PSA's guests, interns, auditors, temporary staffs and vendors who only access PSA Building (not for access to PSA's restricted areas).

PSA Photographer Pass
A valid PSA Photographer Pass is required for all personnel who intend to capture footage in PSA's restricted areas. Apply via submission of Photographer's Pass Application Form, together with employer's supporting document to PSA Pass Centre or Corporate Communications Department.

Para 7.12 of PSA Pass Conditions states:
The Passholder shall not photograph or film any part of the Restricted Areas without a valid PSA Photographer's Pass. The Passholder is also prohibited from posting any photographer and / or video of PSA and / or its related eventsin any social media platforms and to refrain from commenting and / or responding to any discussions on or about PSA on the Internet.
 
   
Q3.2 What are the requisite documents for PSA Pass application?

(v) For applicants from Government agencies and Statutory Boards, they must obtain the support letter or endorsement support from the relevant agencies.
(vi) A recent colour photograph (passport-size) against white background of the applicant.

Q3.4 I have an In-principle approval from MOM as a Prime Mover Driver / Trailer Truck Driver but I am waiting to pass my driving test. Can I apply for PSA Pass as a Prime Mover Driver / Trailer Truck Driver?
A. No. Amongst other things, only WP holders with occupation stated as either Prime Mover Driver or Trailer Truck Driver, in possession of valid Class 4 / 5 Driving License or equivalent and skill code P may apply for PSA Pass. For those who are waiting to take their driving test, PSA Pass Centre may permit TP application (up to 14 days). The TP sponsor must provide PSA Pass Centre with letter of undertaking that the TP applicant will not drive and TP application is strictly for orientation purpose only.
   
Q3.5 Is there an age limit for Pass applications?
A. Pass applicant must be above 16 years old. Depending on the purpose of entry, applicant above 62 years old may be required to provide a medical report duly completed by a Singapore Registered Medical Practitioner, dated within 6 months from date of pass application. The pass will be valid for up to one year. If the medical report is for the check-up carried out more than 6 months from the date of pass application, validity period would be correspondingly reduced to 1 year from the date of the medical report. For eg, if medical report is dated 1 Jan 2012 and date of pass application is 10 Jul 2012, the pass expiry would be 31 Dec 2012.

For Lashing Specialist age 51 years old and above, he must also pass a Functional Capacity Evaluation Test.
   
Q3.6 My application for PSA Pass was rejected. Why?
A. PSA Pass is issued at the absolute discretion of PSA and PSA reserves the right not to disclose / reveal the reason(s) for rejection.
   
Q3.7 I have submitted my PSA Pass Application Form, when can I receive my PSA Pass?
A. Your PSA Pass will be ready for collection from PSA Pass Centre, no later than 4 working days from date of application (application with incomplete information and insufficient supporting documents will be rejected). Collection must be in person because of fingerprint enrolment.
   
Q3.8 I have submitted my PSA Pass Application Form, what if I need to enter PSA's restricted areas before my PSA Pass is ready for collection?
A. During your application, inform the counter staff that you require PSA TP for period from your date of application to date of collection. PSA TP is chargeable (complimentary for suppliers managed by OCMD). You will be issued a "Collection Advice" with the date to collect the Pass and you are required to return the PSA TP when you collect your PSA Pass.
   
Q3.9 I have submitted my PSA Pass Application Form but forgot to request for a PSA TP for period from my date of application to collection. I need to enter PSA's restricted areas. What can I do?
A. You can check with PSA Pass Centre if your PSA Pass is ready for collection (earlier than the stipulated date of collection as advised during application). Proceed to PSA Pass Centre for pass collection if it is ready. If it is not ready, PSA Pass Centre will issue you with a manual TP. Please note that manual TP can only be issued at PSA Pass Centre. You are required to return the manual TP when you collect your PSA Pass.
   
Q3.10 What are the locations that I can access?
A. All access will be pre-assigned on a "need to enter" basis.
   
Q3.11 Can I authorize someone to collect my PSA Pass on my behalf?
A. No. Collection of PSA Pass must be in person because of fingerprint enrolment.
   
Q3.12 Why is PSA enrolling my fingerprint?
A. For security reasons, all PSA Pass and PSA TP applicants must enroll their fingerprint. Biometric authentication may be activated at access points.
   
Q3.13 There are alphabet(s) printed above my photo. What does this represent?
A. Each alphabet represents a skill code. The skill code(s) facilitates enforcement checks in PSA's restricted areas.
   
Q3.14 I would like to have my new skill code printed on my PSA Pass. What must I do?
A. You may make the request at PSA Pass Centre. Upon verification that you do qualify for a new skill code, PSA Pass Centre will print the new skill code on a security label to be pasted on your PSA Pass. An administrative fee of S$5.35 (includes 7% GST) is applicable.

If you prefer a new PSA Pass to be printed, an administrative charge of S$16.05 (includes 7% GST) is applicable.
   
Q3.15 Will my new skill code(s) be updated when I renew my PSA Pass?
A. Yes. Updated skill code(s) as at point of PSA Pass renewal will be printed on the new PSA Pass.
   
Q3.16 I just collected my PSA Pass. What are the DOs?
A. All holders of PSA Pass must carry the Pass issued to them at all times in the PSA premises and restricted areas. All entrances and exits must be registered by Terminal Access Control System (TACS) at the access points, For example, under normal mode, PSA Pass holders must tap their Pass at the card reader when they enter and also when they exit. Failure to do so will result in difficulty in future attempts to enter and exit PSA premises and restricted areas.
   
Q3.17 I just collected my PSA Pass. What are the DON'Ts?
A. All holders of PSA Pass must not tamper with the Pass eg by cutting, bending or punching a hole on the Pass nor put the Pass in the wallet where it is subjected to high wallet activity, for eg sitting on the Pass when wallet is kept in trouser's back pocket, frequently taking the Pass in and out from the wallet etc. These actions will result in damage to the PSA Pass and inability of card readers to "read" the Pass. This will cause delays at the access points. Administrative fee of S$16.05 (includes 7% GST) will be levied for replacement of passes due to mishandling.
   
Q3.18 Why is the expiry date on my PSA Pass shorter than the validity period in which I had applied for?
A. Other than the validity period, PSA Pass expiry date is also determined by other factors, where applicable, such as expiry date of contract / tenancy agreement, Work Permit / Employment Pass, Certification and medical test. The shortest of the periods apply.
   
Q3.19 Under what circumstances can I extend the expiry date on my PSA Pass?
A. Extension of PSA Pass is only possible within the original validity period, before expiry date printed on the PSA Pass and provided there is legitimate reason(s) supporting the extension, for eg, change in expiry date of contract / tenancy agreement, Work Permit / Employment Pass, Certification and medical test.
   
Q3.20 Must I pay for the extension of expiry date on my PSA Pass?
A. If the extension is approved by PSA Pass Centre, it is complimentary. PSA Pass Centre will print the new expiry date on a security label and paste it on your PSA Pass.
   
Q3.21 My PSA Pass is expiring soon, how can I renew?
A. Three months before expiry, you can renew your PSA Pass by submitting a duly completed PSA Pass Renewal Form, either by post or in person. There must be legitimate reason(s) to support the renewal, for eg, change in expiry date of contract / tenancy agreement, Work Permit / Employment Pass, Certification and medical test.
   
Q3.22 My PSA Pass has expired. Can I still renew my PSA Pass?
A. You can only renew your PSA Pass before it is expired. To get a new PSA Pass, fill up the Pass Application Form and apply either by post or in person, together with the Requisite Documents. Application fee for the new pass applies.
   
Q3.23 I have resigned from my company who sponsored my PSA Pass. What should I do with the pass?
A. Either your company or your goodself must inform PSA Pass Centre to cancel your Pass and return it to PSA Pass Centre. You are not allowed to retain or use the Pass, which will contravene PSA Pass Conditions.
   
Q3.24 My company sponsored an employee for PSA Pass. This employee is resigning from the company, must the company retrieve his PSA Pass?
A. Yes, the PSA Pass must be returned to PSA Pass Centre for cancellation.
   
Q3.25 What is the liability for a non-returned PSA Pass in which PSA Pass Centre had been notified to cancel?
A. Both the sponsor and the pass holder are liable for a surcharge of S$20.
   
Q3.26 I have resigned from my company who sponsored my PSA Pass and in my new job, I am still required to enter PSA's restricted areas? What should I do?
A. Either your company or your goodself must inform PSA Pass Centre to cancel your Pass and return your Pass to PSA Pass Centre. You can then apply for a new PSA Pass under your new company's sponsorship.
   
Q3.27 I lost my PSA Pass while I was in PSA's restricted areas. What should I do to exit?
A. Report to the auxiliary police officer at access point. They will verify your entry records. You can proceed to PSA Pass Centre to apply for a replacement pass.
   
Q3.28 I have lost my PSA Pass. What must I do? How can I get a replacement PSA Pass?
A. Either your company or your goodself must report the loss of your PSA Pass immediately to PSA Pass Centre. A surcharge of S$20 is applicable for lost pass. You can then apply for a new PSA Pass (the PSA Pass application fees apply).
   
Q3.29 I reported the loss of my PSA Pass but subsequently found it. Can I use the PSA Pass which I had reported loss?
A. No, you should not. You should return the PSA Pass to PSA Pass Centre immediately.
   
Q3.30 I arrived at PSA access point and realized that I forgot my PSA Pass. What should I do?
A. You should retrieve your PSA Pass from your home / office.
   
Q3.31 Can I use another person's PSA Pass to access / exit PSA's restricted areas?
A. No. This is a criminal offence.
   
Q3.32 I encountered problems accessing PSA's restricted areas using my PSA Pass. What should I do?
A. Please go personally to PSA Pass Centre to check your PSA Pass. If the pass is physically damaged beyond reasonable wear and tear, a fee of S$16.05 (includes 7% GST) is payable.
   
Q3.33 I am a green bar PSA Pass holder. What do I need to do before access is granted?
A. Green bar PSA Pass holder is permitted entry only with a valid Contractor's Permit (with due endorsement from stakeholders, such as Container Terminal's approval, Vessel Master's approval and Risk Assessment).

To facilitate the approval process, only one green bar PSA Pass holder may represent his sponsor / group of listed fellow green bar PSA Pass holders selected to work on this particular job to enter PSA's restricted areas.

Only with approvals and proper documentation in place, can the whole group of listed fellow green bar PSA Pass holders be allowed entry into PSA's restricted areas.

Q3.34 I would like to change the photo printed on my PSA Pass. What must I do?
A. You can submit your new photo on PSA Pass Application Form to PSA Pass Centre, stating your intention to change your photo. An administrative fee of S$16.05 (includes 7% GST) is payable. Alternatively, you can submit a new photo during your Pass renewal (if you are eligible to renew your PSA Pass).
   
Q3.35 I was a foreigner who has been granted Singapore PR / citizenship. What must I do to update my NRIC No.?
A. You can submit your request to PSA Pass Centre. A new Pass will be issued with the NRIC No. An administrative fee of S$16.05 (includes 7% GST) is payable.

(D) DRIVING IN PSA

Q4.1 I am a haulier driver, can I drive passenger(s) into PSA's restricted areas?
A. Haulier drivers are strictly prohibited from ferrying passengers in their prime mover through PSA Flow Through Gate.

(E) PSA TEMPORARY PASS

Q5.6 Do I collect my PSA TP on the same day of application?
A. Yes. Application with incomplete information and insufficient supporting documents will be rejected. Collection must be in person because of fingerprint enrolment.
   
Q5.7 Can I authorize someone to collect my PSA TP on my behalf?
A. No. Collection of PSA Pass must be in person because of fingerprint enrolment.
   
Q5.8 My application for PSA TP was rejected. Why?
A. PSA TP is issued at the absolute discretion of PSA and PSA reserves the right not to disclose / reveal the reason(s) for rejection.
   
Q5.9 Why is PSA enrolling my fingerprint?
A. For security reasons, all PSA Pass and PSA Temporary Pass applicants must enroll their fingerprint. Biometric authentication may be activated at access points.
   
Q5.10 I am a first-time applicant for PSA TP and I am not familiar with regulations and locations within PSA's restricted areas. Where can I get information?
A. Safety Pointers and Shuttle Bus Guide are available in www.singaporepsa.com (Port User Information tab). A port user information pack is also available at PSA Pass Centre.
   
Q5.11 What are the locations that I can access?
A. All access will be pre-assigned on a "need to enter" basis.
   
Q5.12 I just collected my PSA TP. What are the DOs?
A. All holders of PSA TP must carry the TP issued to them at all times in the PSA premises and restricted areas. All entrances and exits must be registered by TACS at the access points, For example, under normal mode, PSA TP holders must scan their TP at the card reader when they enter and also when they exit. Failure to do so will result in difficulty in future attempts to enter and exit PSA premises and restricted areas.
   
Q5.13 I just collected my PSA TP. What are the DON'Ts?
A. All holders of PSA TP must not tamper with the TP. They must strictly not be in PSA restricted areas outside the stipulated validity period.
   
Q5.14 I lost my PSA TP while I was in PSA's restricted areas. What should I do to exit?
A. Report to the auxiliary police officer at access point. They will verify your entry records.
   
Q5.15 I lost my PSA TP. What must I do? How can I get a replacement PSA TP?
A. Either your company or your goodself must report the loss of your PSA TP immediately to PSA Pass Centre. You can apply for a new PSA TP (the PSA TP application fees apply).
   
Q5.16 I reported the loss of my PSA TP but subsequently found it. Can I use the PSA TP which I had reported loss?
A. No, you should not. You should return the PSA TP to PSA Pass Centre immediately.
   
Q5.17 I arrived at PSA access point and realized that I forgot my PSA TP. What should I do?
A. You should retrieve your PSA TP from home / office.
   
Q5.18 Can I use another person's PSA TP to access / exit PSA's restricted areas?
A. No. This is a criminal offence.
   
Q5.19 Can I drive in, either on my own or with passengers?
A. Yes, holders of valid PSA TP can drive into port premises provided the vehicle number and IU number had been pre-registered. PSA reserves the right to grant access rights to vehicles (cars and commercial vehicles).

Please note that haulier drivers are strictly prohibited from ferrying passengers in their prime mover.
   
Q5.20 I am joining the vessel and departing with it. Can I apply for TP?
A. You should not apply for the TP but be declared on the vessel's departure passenger and / or crew list to the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) for the clearance to enter the port and depart with the vessel (applicable for foreigners). Singaporeans and PRs can provide agent's letter to show proof that they are joining the vessel, in lieu of ICA's clearance document. For foreigners, the agent should obtain In-Principle Approval from ICA and provide agent's letter. Valid passport is a pre-requisite document, required for verification at PSA's access points.
   
Q5.21 I am boarding the vessel for discussions and / or survey, must I apply for TP?
A. Yes.
   
Q5.22 I have a valid TP for discussions and / or survey onboard the vessel, but I am required subsequently to depart with the vessel, what must I do?
A. You must first exit the port with the TP. Refer to Q5.20.
   
Q5.23 What is the responsibility of company sponsoring the TP applicant?
A. Companies sponsoring the applicant will have to ensure his safety and compliance to the terms and conditions set out in the PSA Pass Conditions, the PSA Safety Rules the PSA Security Rules and the PSA Vehicle Permit Conditions and PSA Authorization Permit Conditions (if applicable).
   
Q5.24 What can happen to port users and sponsoring companies found contravening the terms and conditions?
A. They may be referred to the appropriate authorities for the necessary actions and prosecution. Applicant may also henceforth be barred from entering all PSA's restricted areas. The sponsoring companies may also be barred from sponsoring its staff for PSA Pass applications.

Q6.5 How can I apply for vehicular access?
A. Q6.8 There is a change in IU number. What should I do?
A. Inform PSA Pass Centre of the change (provide vehicle permit number, vehicle number, old and new IU numbers) either by way of fax (in company's letterhead) or email to passcentre1@psa.com.sg.
   
Q6.9 I would like to make changes to my company's fleet of pre-registered vehicles ie addition / deletion. What should I do?
A. Inform PSA Pass Centre of the changes (provide vehicle permit number, vehicle number, applicable supporting documents) either by way of fax (in company's letterhead) or email to passcentre1@psa.com.sg.
   
Q6.10 I forgot to bring my company's CVEP / CEP, can I borrow a vehicle permit from my friend, who is from another company?
A. No. Both the borrower and lender contravene PSA's Vehicle Permit conditions and will be held liable.
   
Q6.11 My PSA Pass is sponsored by Company A, can I use vehicle permit sponsored by Company B?
A. Yes. Applicable for Commercial Vehicle Permit (CVEP) only
   
Q6.12 I misplaced my CVEP / CEP but I have a photocopy of it. Can I use it to access PSA's restricted areas?
A. No.
   
Q6.13 I lost my CVEP. What must I do and how can I get a replacement?
A. Please report to PSA Pass Centre. An administrative charge of S$10.70 (includes 7% GST) is applicable for replacement CVEP.
   
Q6.14 I lost my CEP. What must I do and how can I get a replacement?
A. Please report to PSA Pass Centre. An administrative charge of S$10.70 (includes 7% GST) is applicable for replacement CEP Type D and CEP Type F. For replacement CEP Type E, the applicant must pay for the remaining validity period at prevailing rate of S$10.70 (includes 7% GST) per month or part thereof.
   
Q6.15 My vehicle permit has faded and the print is hardly visible. What can I do?
A. Please report to PSA Pass Centre to request for a complimentary replacement. One- for-one exchange is required.
   
Q6.16 I am applying for TP, can I also apply for temporary vehicle permit?
A. Yes. Fill up the PSA Temporary Pass Application Form and Application Form for PSA Temporary Car Entry Permit "PSA Temp CEP") / PSA Temporary Commercial Vehicle Entry Permit ("PSA Temp CVEP"), provide the requisite documents and apply in person at PSA Pass Centre / PSA Pass Offices. The vehicle number will be printed on the TP. Both TP and temporary vehicle access has the same validity period. PSA Pass Offices are authorized to issue 1-day temporary vehicle access for private vehicles and up to 14 days for commercial vehicles.
   
Q6.17 Do I need to display my TP with vehicle number printed, on the dashboard upon entering PSA's restricted areas?
A. Yes.
   
Q6.18 My vehicle is tagged to my TP. Can I pass my TP and vehicle to another PSA Pass / TP holder to drive into PSA's restricted areas?
A. No. The TP holder and driver must be the same person.
   
Q6.19 I have a valid PSA Pass, can I apply for temporary vehicle permit?
A. Yes. Fill up the Application Form for PSA Temporary Car Entry Permit "PSA Temp CEP") / PSA Temporary Commercial Vehicle Entry Permit ("PSA Temp CVEP"), provide the requisite documents and apply at PSA Pass Centre.
