APPLICATION AND PAYMENT

Please fill in the application form and send it together with a cheque/bank draft (in Singapore Dollars) for the course fees stated. Cheques /bank draft should be made payable to "PSA CORPORATION LIMITED", and sent to:

Alternatively, you may apply at PSA Vista where payment can be made by NETS.

A place will be reserved for you upon receipt of your application.

REFUND OF FEES

80% of the course fee is refundable if written notification of withdrawal is received 1 week before the course commences

No refunds will be given if notification of withdrawal is received less than 1 week before course commencement.

A suitable replacement can be considered if you inform us at least 1 week before the course commences.

CANCELLATION

PSA Institute reserves the right to cancel any course due to unforeseen circumstances.

ATTENDANCE & CERTIFICATES

A minimum of 75% attendance is required before a participant is allowed to take the test or to receive a Certificate of Attendance or Certificate of Successful Completion.

REPLACEMENT OF CERTIFICATE

An administrative fee of $30 plus GST is payable for the replacement of lost or damaged certificates.

LANGUAGE OF INSTRUCTION

Unless otherwise indicated, all courses are conducted in English.

Courses are approved for funding under the following schemes:

For SDF/SRP fundings:

Trainees must be direct employees who are either citizen or PR of Singapore. There must be company sponsored and achieve 75% attendance. The company must be registered in Singapore.
