Management Associate Programme (MAP)

What is PSA MAP about?

The 3-year programme aims to groom young talents for leadership roles.
There are two career tracks available:

  • Business Management
  • Professional
    • Engineering
    • Infocomm Technology
    • Finance
    • Human Resource

What can PSA MAP offer me?

  • Mentoring by senior leader

  • Networking with PSA leaders
  • Leadership training

Requirements

  • At least a 2nd Class Upper Honours degree, or equivalent, in any discipline*
  • Outstanding CCA / NS records and strong leadership experience
  • Has high learning agility, strong analytical abilities, and is driven
  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Is open to international assignments

The MA Scholarship is open to undergraduates who are currently in their 2nd, 3rd or final year of study, with local universities
The scholarship includes a lump sum grant to cover tuition and other miscellaneous fees
A bond of service with PSA is required upon graduation
*excluding Dentistry / Medicine and other healthcare-related courses
