Tender Description

DESIGN, SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, TESTING, COMMISSIONING AND MAINTENANCE OF KEY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (KMS)

Eligibility/Head Reference

Tenderers shall:

• be at least BizSAFE level 3 certified;

• be either platinum, gold, or equivalent partner of the solution principal represented;

• have at least 2 successful implementations of the Proposed Solution within the last 24 months; and

• provide two (2) client references where similar projects has been executed by the Tenderer in Singapore.
