TERM CONTRACT FOR THE PROVISION OF CLEANING SERVICES AND COLLECTION OF REFUSE AND DUNNAGE AT VARIOUS PSA LOCATIONS
Eligibility/Head Reference
- Workhead FM02 — Housekeeping, Cleansing, Desilting & Conservancy Service
- NEA’s SILVER MARK Grading under the Enhanced Clean Mark Accreditation Scheme
- Minimum bizSAFE Level 3 certification.
Tenderers to bid for parcel(s) where the tendered parcel value falls within the tenderer’s qualified parcel value limit as submitted in the tender.
Mandatory NDA
For Tender No. 2026/CPD/SB/PSAC/4018930, tenderers must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to attending the MS Teams briefing (28 May 2026, 1400–1500 hrs) and/or accessing tender documents.
