My PSA journey started with an internship at the Engineering Division (Electronics and Communication). The experience taught me that it takes more than technical knowledge to be an engineer – interpersonal mastery, leadership skills and great teamwork matters! Upon graduation, I joined PSA because there is a structured programme to bring newly joined engineers up to speed!
