PSA is looking for young talents who are passionate about making a difference and contributing towards our vision of orchestrating the global supply chain to join our Undergraduate Scholarship (UGS) programme.

Individuals with strong academic achievements, proven leadership experience, and good learning agility with strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.

Terminal Business

  • Pursuing a degree in any discipline, excluding Dentistry/Medicine and other healthcare-related courses
  • Willing to perform shift duties


  • Pursuing a degree in Electrical/Mechanical/ Electrical and Electronics/Civil Engineering
  • Passion for hands-on technical application and innovation

Infocomm Technology

  • Pursuing a degree in Computing/Computer Science/Computer Engineering
  • Willing to perform standby duties

Upon graduation, our scholars will embark on an exciting career with PSA, enjoying strategic developmental opportunities such as stretch assignments, rotations and leadership training as we work alongside to co-create our future.


Our scholarship sponsors tertiary education in local universities. It includes a lump sum grant to cover tuition and other miscellaneous fees.

A bond of service with PSA is required upon graduation.
