BACKUP SOLUTION MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT FOR PSA ENTERPRISE FOR 2 + 1 YEARS

Eligibility/Head Reference

Tenderers shall meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Prospective tenderers to be top-tier partners of Cisco, HP, Huawei and Commvault. Tenderers shall submit documentary proof in the form of official letters indicating eligibility by the Principal vendors for the submission of this tender.
• To possess the level of technical expertise and capabilities with relevant and related experience and track records in similar projects. Documentary proof of prior relevant experience shall be provided during tender submission.
• BizSafe Level 3 certification or higher, and this shall also apply to their respective sub-contractors who have to conduct onsite physical installation work.
