Eligibility/Head Reference
The Tenderer must be a top partner of top market leaders in DWDM transmission network and be at least bizSAFE level 3 certified. During tender submission, the tenderer shall submit documentary proof of:
- Certification of bizSAFE level 3 certification or higher
- Certification of top-tier partner with market leaders for DWDM transmission network
- Strong local presence for recent project deployment & support
