Open to Architectural, Civil/Structural and Mechanical/Electrical firms listed in Panel 4 and above of the Public Sector Panels of Consultants (PSPC).

Briefing will be held at PSA Horizons, 1 Harbour Drive, Level #7 Room 1 (Tender Briefing Room) on 12 Jul 2023 at 2.00 pm. Please access via Lift Lobby 2 at Level #3.
