PROVISION OF MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT SERVICES FOR ORACLE HARDWARE

Eligibility/Head Reference

Tenderers shall meet the following eligibility criteria:

• All tenderers are to submit documentary proof of their Oracle’s Authorized Field Delivery Partner (FDA) status. The tenderer shall inform PSA of any changes in their FDA status as soon as possible. In the event the tenderer’s FDA status ceases to exist after the contract has been awarded to the tenderer, PSA reserves the right to terminate the contract at no cost to PSA.

• The Participants for this tender must have BizSAFE Level 3 certification or higher
