Tender Description

PROVISION OF PSA SUPPLY CHAIN HUB @TUAS SMART GATE SOLUTION

Eligibility/Head Reference

• The Tenderer shall possess a valid BizSAFE Level 03 certification.
• The Tenderer shall possess valid BCA workhead registration at L1 or above under the relevant categories (e.g. ME04, SY05 and / or SY08).
• The Tenderer shall have the capability and relevant experience to deliver a full, end-to-end PSCH Smart Gate Solution, encompassing System Integration (SI), Container Number Recognition System (CNRS), License Plate Recognition System (LPRS), Static Weighbridge (SWB), Barrier System (BS), LED Tower Light System, LED Signalling System (LSS) and Vehicle Detection System.
• Partial bids for individual subsystems or components will not be accepted.
• Provide at least 2 references that the Tenderer has successfully developed similar solutions of similar scale.

The Tenderer shall execute and return the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) issued by PSA prior to the release of detailed tender information and/or participation in the tender briefing.
