Tender Description

PROVISION OF SHARED SERVICES FOR OPERATIONS TECHNOLOGY

Eligibility/Head Reference

Tenderers shall meet the following eligibility criteria:

• The tenderer or sub-contractors engaged by the tenderer for Microsoft Active Directory related design and implementation shall be a certified Microsoft Gold Partner or Microsoft Solution Partner with certified expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Active Directory, Microsoft CA, WSUS, KMS, and LAPS, backed by relevant certifications and proven track record.

• Tenderers must have implementation experience in similar capacity for a project size of at least 500 users within Singapore in the last 24 months and provide documentary proof to substantiate.

• For DNS and DHCP solution, the tenderer or partners engaged must be Infoblox partner with at least 2 installation site references within the last 24 months.

• For the Endpoint Patch Management, the tenderer or partners engaged shall be authorized Quest resellers and be suitably qualified to undertake the provision of services.

• For the Certificate Management Solution, the tenderer or sub-contractors engaged by the tenderer for design and implementation shall be a premium partner of the solution.
